Emerging from the madness that was NPR's 6 week run at Southern Exposure Gallery we finally have exciting updates to share (not to mention images).
In the attached images you can see that "The Way We Work" was featured as Pamela Lee's number 3 pick in her Best of 2004 Top Ten in December's ArtForum. While NPR didn't really get a specific name mention in the article, we did figure prominently in the documentation. I believe that's M.C. Schmidt from Matmos in the broadcast booth.
We are also pleased to find ourselves prominently displayed alongside Jon Stewart's new book, a still from "The Battle of Algiers", and a photo of Deerhoof...did we mention Ant Farm and Bruce Nauman? Anyway...buy the magazine... you'll love it.
In further news, you may want to check out the web site. After lying relatively dormant for weeks on end, the archive has been updated to include almost everything that we broadcast during "The Way We Work", and as this email is being composed a new "Links" page is being constructed.
You may also want to check out the web site so that you can track the progress of the construction of a one year anniversary event on January 15th. It's all still very fuzzy, but we promise it will be some kinda fun.
With that all said, thanks to all who helped us make "The Way We Work" happen. May you rabidly enjoy whatever holiday you're prone to during this season, and look for us to continue broadcasting in 2005.
