“Lepidopterists” is a collaborative installation, performance, and ongoing investigation by Jon Brumit, Lee Montgomery, and Sarah Wagner. “Lepidopterists” - i.e. “butterfly collectors” - is an investigation into and around notions of studying and collecting things which are related to change or metamorphosis.  Sometimes the user is encouraged to make the connection between the thing and the change.
